1. Using Neuro Venture

Neuro Venture gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store rules.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or reward limits, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.

2. Free Adventurer

Free users can keep up to 8 active tasks at a time. Features and limits may be adjusted in future versions when needed to improve the app, balance progression, maintain security, or meet platform requirements.

3. Premium Adventurer

Premium Adventurer is currently offered as a $4.99 lifetime, one-time purchase with no subscription. The current purchase price and availability shown by the App Store at checkout control if they differ from text shown elsewhere.

Premium features may include unlimited tasks, notifications and reminders, focus timers, special premium armor, and exclusive familiars. Purchases are processed by Apple. Payment, refunds, family sharing, purchase approval, and restoration are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.

4. XP, Gold, and Hero Exhaustion

Neuro Venture rewards up to the first 10 completed tasks each day. After the 10th rewarded completion, XP and Gold pause until the next day, although tasks can still be completed.

XP, Gold, levels, armor, characters, familiars, skins, and other in-app rewards are virtual features. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the app. Game balance, reward calculations, and virtual-item availability may change in future updates.

5. Productivity and Wellness Disclaimer

Neuro Venture is a productivity and entertainment tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency services. The app is not a replacement for a qualified healthcare professional.

Choose tasks and timers appropriate for your situation. Stop using the app and seek suitable help if its use causes distress or if you need medical or emergency assistance.

6. Your Content and Device Data

You are responsible for the task names, notes, reminders, and other content you enter. Do not enter unlawful content or information you do not have the right to use. App data may be stored locally and may be lost if the app or device data is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Availability and Updates

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Updates may be required for continued compatibility with Apple devices and operating systems. No app can be guaranteed to be completely error-free or continuously available.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Neuro Venture is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of—or inability to use—the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Ending Use

You may stop using Neuro Venture at any time by deleting the app. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the app, users, legal rights, or platform integrity. Provisions that logically continue after use ends—including virtual-item, disclaimer, and limitation terms—will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date will be revised when updates are published. Continuing to use the app after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
