These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Itadaki Task and this official website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Apple Standard EULA

Itadaki Task is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, also known as the Standard EULA, unless a separate custom license is provided through App Store Connect.

Use Of The App

Itadaki Task is a personal productivity and habit-support app. It lets you create tasks, schedule reminders, complete tasks as sushi orders, track progress, unlock achievements, and view collection characters.

You are responsible for the tasks, names, notes, screenshots, or other content you enter into the app or send to support.

Not Medical, Health, Or Professional Advice

Itadaki Task may include wellness, streak, task, or reminder features, but it is not medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional care. Use your own judgment and contact a qualified professional when needed.

Notifications And Reminders

Reminders are provided as a convenience and may depend on your device settings, iOS permissions, Focus modes, network/device state, and other factors outside our control. You should not rely on Itadaki Task for urgent, emergency, safety-critical, medical, or time-critical reminders.

Premium Lifetime Unlock

Itadaki Task may offer Premium as a one-time lifetime unlock. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, taxes, refunds, Family Sharing availability, and purchase handling are controlled by Apple and your App Store account settings.

If you reinstall the app or move to another device, use Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. A “lifetime” unlock means the lifetime of the app product as offered and maintained, not a guarantee that every feature, platform, or service will remain unchanged forever.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or website. For example, you may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law;
• use the app or website to violate laws or others' rights;
• attempt to interfere with App Store purchase systems, restore systems, or app security;
• send abusive, unlawful, or harmful content to support.

Intellectual Property

Itadaki Task, its artwork, characters, screenshots, interface design, copy, logos, and other app materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not use them outside normal app use, support, or personal reference without permission.

Changes And Availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the app or website. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above will show when the Terms were last changed.

Disclaimer

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every individual need. Some features may depend on iOS, device compatibility, App Store systems, permissions, or other third-party services.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed reminders, or device issues arising from use of the app or website.
