1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

2. Subscription

Love Always AI is an auto-renewable subscription:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Annual: $59.99/year
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings

3. Free Tier

Free users get 30 messages per 12 hours. Features like reminders, special dates, and notifications require a Pro subscription.

4. AI Disclaimer

Love Always AI is an AI companion — not a real person. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Please don't rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

5. Your Conduct

Please don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful. Don't try to hack or reverse engineer it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features of this app are owned by the developer and protected by copyright law.

7. No Warranties

This app is provided as-is. I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available 24/7, but I'll do my best.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using this app.

9. Changes
