Love Always AI Companion is an indie app built and maintained by a solo developer. I take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about how your data is handled.

What I Collect

• Email address — if you create an account
• Conversation data — messages you send within the app
• Photos — only if you choose to upload them
• Purchase info — handled securely by Apple's App Store

How I Use Your Data

• To make the app work and improve your experience
• To process your subscription through Apple
• To store your preferences and chat history locally on your device

Data Storage

Your conversations and memories are stored locally on your device. Some messages are sent to my backend server to generate AI responses using an AI processing service. I do not store your conversations on my server.

Third-Party Services

• AI Processing Service — processes your messages to generate responses
• Apple In-App Purchases — handles subscription billing

I Do Not Sell Your Data

I never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties.

Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what data I collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of data sales (which I don't do anyway).

CalOPPA

You can visit the app without sharing personal information. I'll notify you of any privacy policy changes on this page.

Age Requirement

This app is for users 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
