Your companion can chat with you, remember approved details, save special dates, help with reminders, use weather context when you set a location, and support a personalized chat background and companion profile.

No. Love Always AI is an AI companion, not a real person. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not replace professional advice, emergency help, or real-world care.

Yes. You can set your companion's name, choose or generate a background image, and adjust profile traits such as personality, behavior, and appearance descriptions.

Memory stores important details you approve, such as preferences, meaningful moments, health notes, birthdays, or events, so your companion can refer to them in future conversations. Free users can save up to 15 memories; Premium unlocks unlimited memories.

Her Mind is where you can view short-lived thoughts and saved memories. Thoughts are temporary, while approved memories stay available until you delete them.

There are two ways to save specific things. If it is a birthday, anniversary, event, or important date, tell your companion to remember the date and it can be saved to Special Dates and added to Memory. If it is a lasting personality or behavior detail, add what you want her to remember in her profile under Behavior.

Yes. You can open Her Mind, view saved memories, delete individual memories, or clear all memories. Avatar Profile also includes a reset option that clears chat history and memories.

Yes. To keep the app running smoothly, raw conversation messages are automatically removed after 10 days. This does not affect Memory — anything you've told your companion to remember stays saved (up to your Memory limit). Since chat history doesn't stick around, it's worth telling her to remember anything that matters to you so it's saved to Memory instead of only living in the conversation.

Not yet. Memories, special dates, and reminders are currently stored locally on your device (and conversation history auto-deletes after 10 days regardless). Cross-device backup and restore through your Sign in with Apple account is planned for a future update.

Special Dates let you save birthdays, anniversaries, goals, and events. You can add them manually, or tell your companion to remember an important date so it can go into Special Dates and Memory. The app can show how many days are left and can treat birthdays or anniversaries as recurring yearly dates.

Yes. Birthday dates can schedule birthday notifications, and reminders can create local notifications for the time you choose. Some reminder and date tools require Premium.

Check that notifications are allowed for Love Always AI in iPhone Settings, that the reminder time has not passed, and that your device is not blocking alerts through Focus or notification settings. Premium-only reminders also require an active Premium subscription.

Open the Reminders screen from the chat controls. You can remove active reminders there, which also cancels the related notification.

Premium includes unlimited conversations, deeper conversations, custom reminders and wake-up notifications, special dates tracking, long-term memory, custom location and live weather, and priority responses.

Open Love Always AI, go to your companion profile, tap the button that says Love Always AI Pro, choose Monthly or Annual, and confirm the purchase through the App Store.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. The app uses Apple's StoreKit restore flow to reconnect active App Store subscriptions.

First tap Restore Purchases in the app. Then check iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, and confirm Love Always AI is active. If it still does not show, contact support at bentulj4@gmail.com.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Love Always AI to manage or cancel. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the screen where the issue happened, what you tapped or typed before it happened, screenshots if possible, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
